I created this skateboard using different colours and contrasts etc. to find the design i was looking for, I took influence from artists and paintings which use fruit to bring out the colour and mood of the object. In this case, i used fruit for my design idea, mainly because of the bright colours. Also fruit gives you that refreshing feeling which people need when pursuing a sport such as skateboarding. Below are some of the picture i took influence from to help design and create my skateboard design.
